Happy Thanksgiving!

First one last straggler from Halloween...a cute picture Ainsleigh drew at school of herself as Maleficent for Halloween. Note the spiky horn things (which she started off drawing black, as they really were, but then decided red would be nicer) and also the staff. There's nothing better then children's self-portraits!

On to Thanksgiving...a few more things from Ainsleigh's preschool.

A few of the things for which we are thankful. Ainsleigh did all of the cutting and gluing by herself this year.
I always make a berry-rhubarb pie for Thanksgiving, but this year we had some logistical issues. We made a very nice looking lattice apple pie, instead. It came out of the oven beautifully; if it tastes as good as it looks it will be a keeper!
