Today was trip #3 to the aquarium. We needed to do something new this time, so we sat in the "splash zone" for the dolphin show. I had explained it to Ainsleigh ahead of time, and today she kept reminding me she wanted to get splashed by the dolphins. Well, don't let that smile fool you, when the first wave of fluke-flung water landed on her, she was not happy. Fortunately she recovered pretty quickly. During the show she said next time she did not want to get splashed, but by the time we took a lunch break she said she did.
Shark-of-the-day: Hammerhead
A cow-nosed stingray. There are a few very impressive roughtail stingrays. We'll try to get a picture of one next time.
